Mike and Sierra

We were lucky to get a chance to shoot some photos in beautiful Laurelhurst Park before their wedding ceremony (and the rain) sent us back inside the Laurelhurst Club. They dressed the club beautifully with lights so it was festive and cozy and a great way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon with friends and family. Feasting on food from Lovejoy Food, cake from Le Cookie Monkey and burning it off by dancing to the band  Pressure Point, I’d call that One Fine Day!

Brandon and Laura

YAY. Laura Irwin and Brandon Flores were married May 28th surrounded by family, friends and English Daisies at Cathedral Park followed by a reception around the corner at Anxiom Pistola warehouse. The couple called upon the talents of their large creative community along with their own design savvy to create an event as unique as they are.

Starting at the beginning, Courtney Price designed the invitatons, and Take My Heart Jewelry took care of the ring things.Wedding day started at The Nines, Laura was made up by Claudine Ebel. Her dress was made for her by Holly Stalder, her hat by Dayna herself at Pinkham Millinery. Brandon’s suit was made for him by Duchess Clothier. Flowers were provided by Starflower, rentals by The Party Place, catering by Miho Izakaya, cupcakes by Petunias Pies and Pastries. Michael Charles Smith Marimbas serenaded the ceemony and artict/ DJ Ashley Montague rocked the dance floor fantastic. Joining me with camera on this great adventure was the ever prepared Jill Grassman.

Chuck and Jennifer

May wedding at Meriwethers
It was a beautiful day at Meriwethers when Chuck and Jennifer tied the knot in front of an intimate gathering of friends and family. The  Colorado couple had a very Portland wedding, with a farm to table feast in the garden setting. Jennifer, a native of Portland wore a dress made for her by Portland designer Lena Medoyeff .  Many loving toasts were made before the couple cut in to the JaCiva wedding cake. They were planning an Oregon -driving-around-honeymoon –  and a happily ever after. If you would like to see more click here
